Asana
Asana can act as a request provider: tasks become requests, and Dave publishes updates back as comments.
Connect
Section titled “Connect”-
In Dave, go to Integrations → Add integration → Asana. A popup opens on Asana.

Approve Dave. Asana grants at workspace level; you narrow it to one project next.

Configure Request routing to pick that project. Until you do, the grant is unused.
Request routing
Section titled “Request routing”-
In Asana, open the project whose tasks should become requests, and check how it expresses state: sections (board column headings) or a custom status field.

In Dave, open the connection → Request routing.

Pick the Workspace and Project.

Map each section or status value to a Dave request status, then Save changes.
Comments on the task flow into the request, and Dave posts updates back as task comments.
Importing existing tasks
Section titled “Importing existing tasks”Import tickets lists matching tasks Dave is not tracking yet and opens a request for each you select.
