monday.com can act as a request provider: board items become requests, and Dave publishes updates back.

  1. In Dave, go to Integrations → Add integration → monday.com. A popup opens on monday.com.

  2. Approve Dave. This may need admin rights on the account.

  3. Configure Request routing to tell Dave which board to read.

monday.com models status as a board column, so Dave has to be told which one to read.

  1. In monday.com, open the board and note the Status column holding state — boards often have more than one. Note the description column and group too, if you want to use them.

  2. In Dave, open the connection → Request routing.

  3. Pick the Board and Status column, plus Group and Description column if using them.

  4. Map each label on that column to a Dave request status, then Save changes. Renaming or adding a label in monday.com leaves it unmapped, so revisit this.

Updates on the item flow into the request, and Dave posts updates back.

Import tickets lists matching items Dave is not tracking yet and opens a request for each you select.
